I’m a contemporary cozy mystery and kidlit writer.
I moved to India after spending a few wonderful years in London. The time I spent in England gave me a lasting love of English villages, afternoon tea, and the wonderfully eccentric traditions that inspire my Merry Masala mysteries.
I write fun, character-driven mysteries set in a gorgeous English village, where small communities hide big secrets, and nothing is quite as tidy as it appears.
I’m also a twin mum with a serious Earl Grey habit, which means my writing life runs on tea, sharp observation, and the occasional moment of chaos.
My stories blend classic cozy mystery elements with modern sensibilities, warm humour, and a close eye on family dynamics and everyday British life.
When I’m not plotting fictional murders, you’ll usually find me curled up with a cozy mystery and a cup of Earl Grey tea, or dreaming up new treats for Maya’s café.
